Imagine is designed to facilitate treatment of the whole child with treatment areas designed to cater to a child’s needs at that time. We have several different environments to meet a variety of treatment needs. Some of the areas available are as follows:
  • Low stimulation sensory room
  • Very low stimulation treatment room
  • Sensory Gym
  • Germ-Free Baby room
  • Tactile/Sensory room
  • ADL Kitchen
  • Fine Motor/Craft area
  • Motor Development area
  • Toddler area
  • Language area
  • Outdoor play area

All of our therapists and clients are able to use any of these treatment spaces as needed.

Imagine is designed to promote interdisciplinary sharing and collaboration between therapists. Since we share treatment spaces, this allows therapists to get information from their peers to maximize a child’s success.

We offer scheduling flexibility to meet your individual needs. You can work 1 hour per week or 40 hours per week based on your needs. If you join our team, you will be able to set your hours of availability and our scheduler does the rest, by matching a child/family’s scheduling needs to yours.

We use an electronic documentation system that is accessible from any internet access. This means you can see your schedule, write notes, look at patient files, and any other needs you may have on your computer (with internet access) once you have been given secure access to our system.

We believe in the importance of continuing education. Imagine often sponsors courses in the area and we offer reimbursement for continuing education based on your hours of availability.

We reimburse your state licensure, and we have office staff dedicated to helping you obtain all of your provider numbers, getting you in network with insurance companies and maintaining your credentialing.

We offer the following healthcare benefits to our full-time (available 30+ hours per week):

  • BCBS – Health insurance (company pays 50%)
  • Guardian – Dental and Vision
  • Hartford – Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability and Life Insurance (company paid)
  • Colonial Supplemental Coverage

Our focus is on providing the highest-level treatment to our children and families. Treatment equipment, evaluation kits/protocols, and other treatment supplies are maintained and available to all of our therapists. You simply need to bring yourself and your love for helping kids to work!

Weekly paychecks are issued based on billable hours. So as long as you get your documentation turned in by Wednesday at 6, you get a check for those hours the following Friday. We also have our office staff check through your documentation to make sure it meets insurance standards. This means you do not have to worry about insurance audits, etc… Everything that is billed to insurance companies has good documentation to support it.

We use SOAP note format to document daily treatment notes, Evaluations are required annually unless otherwise specified or indicated, and progress notes are completed 6 months after the evaluations to monitor/adjust treatment plans.

If you want to join our team please fill out the form above or by sending your resume via fax to (479)795-1261.

We look forward to hearing from you!
