About us

Our Mission

Imagine Pediatric Therapies provides quality therapy services to children with special needs through a comprehensive team approach and a safe, fun, and loving environment where children play and learn to reach their full potential.

Our Vision

Imagine Pediatric Therapies will provide quality therapy services to children with special needs. We foster a safe, fun environment for each child to learn, play and explore. We have a comprehensive team approach including all health care professionals, parents, caregivers, and the child to facilitate a child’s maximum potential. We believe in achieving dreams and goals set by that team through a variety of approaches and a dynamic environment that is catered to each child’s needs. Imagine Pediatric Therapies believe that a successful therapy session is one in which the child perceives that he or she has been there to play. Children learn best through positive experiences that include moving, feeling, hearing, seeing, and tasting. We strive to find the “just right” balance to foster development of child’s physical and emotional health, to encourage maximum performance and to facilitate learning.

Attendance & Tardiness Policy

Imagine Pediatric Therapies strives to help all the children we serve meet their full potential. Consistent attendance is a key factor to achieving your child’s maximum potential.

If your child is sick and cannot attend their scheduled appointment, please contact the office at (479)795-1260 as soon as possible, so that we can make the appropriate adjustments to the schedule. We will try to make the missed visit up within that week if sessions are available.

If your child will miss several days of therapy due to Medical circumstances, or vacations/travel, please fill out a Schedule Change Request Form as soon as possible so that we can accommodate these changes.

All permanent schedule changes need to be submitted in writing via the Schedule Change Request Form.

We adhere to the following attendance & tardiness policy: If your child misses 30% or more of their scheduled therapy sessions in a month’s time, then they will be placed on probation. Our scheduling manager will contact you to determine what the cause of the absences are and if it can be resolved by adjusting the scheduled appointments. A letter will also be sent to the address on file and a copy will be sent to the referring physician explaining the probation. If your child continues to miss the scheduled appointment, then they will be removed from the schedule and be placed on our will call/fill in list. The Scheduling Manager will call to schedule appointments weekly based on availability of sessions. Tardiness of 15 minutes or more to dropping off or picking up your child will be considered an absence. Here is a breakdown of the allotted absences before risk of probation:
